While I can help you achieve a wide range of goals—whether it’s building muscle, gaining strength, or improving your overall physique—my approach is centred around weight training. For that reason, having access to a gym is highly recommended. A decent home gym works perfectly fine too, as long as you have the necessary equipment.

However, I understand that sometimes you might not have access to a gym, especially if you’re traveling. In those cases, I can temporarily adjust your program to include calisthenics and bodyweight exercises to keep you on track until you’re back at the gym. But for the best results, consistent access to gym equipment is ideal.

After you sign up, you’ll get an email with an invitation to download my coaching app on your Android or iOS device and book your onboarding call with me.

Once you’re onboarded, I recommend downloading Cronometer or MyFitnessPal to track your macros, with a focus on total calories and protein intake. These apps sync directly with my coaching app, and I’ll set your macro targets based on your goals.

You’ll have 24/7 access to me via chat in the app and my number to call me—I’ll respond promptly, even when I’m in the weight gym and you can wake me when I'm sleeping. However, please note that I won’t be available during my Muay Thai or BJJ sessions, as I don’t have my phone on me then.

You can choose how we communicate, whether through text, audio, or video calls (or all of the above). I’ll adapt my coaching style to match your preferences, whether you need some tough love or a more supportive approach. You can also log your workouts in the app and send me videos for form checks. I’ll review and adjust your program as needed to keep you progressing toward your goals.

No, I don’t provide strict meal plans. In my experience, most people (myself included) don’t want to stick to a rigid schedule unless they’re professional bodybuilders or athletes. Plus, it’s not necessary for achieving your body composition goals.

I follow an “If It Fits Your Macros” (IIFYM) approach. I’ll tell you how many calories and grams of protein to aim for each day, and you can eat whatever you like as long as you stay within those guidelines.

If you need some help figuring out what to eat, I’m happy to recommend foods, but I don’t create detailed weekly meal plans with specific foods and measurements.

If you have an injury or special condition, it’s important to first consult with your doctor to ensure it’s safe for you to exercise. While I’m not a medical professional and can’t offer medical advice, I can adapt your training program to work around your specific needs as best as possible.

During onboarding, you’ll have the opportunity to share any medical issues or concerns. Based on that, I’ll create a plan that focuses on exercises that accommodate your limitations while helping you make progress toward your goals. We’ll adjust the program as needed to keep your training safe and effective.

At the end of your trial, we’ll set specific strength and bodyweight goals tailored to you. These goals will focus on strength for reps, and as you work toward them, you’ll naturally see improvements in hypertrophy and overall physique.

To give you an idea, here’s what I personally achieved within my first 8 months of training:

  • I started bench pressing 50kg for 5 reps, and after 8 months, I was able to bench 100kg for 3 reps (full ROM, with good form).
  • My barbell squat started around 50kg, and I worked up to 140kg for 5 reps.
  • My deadlift went from zero to 160kg for a single.

I did this with less knowledge than I have now, and I don’t have exceptional genetics. With the right knowledge and effort, most healthy men can achieve similar results. For women, these specific numbers might not be as relevant, but you can still expect significant progress in strength and body composition within the same time frame.

Remember, progress is fast as a beginner but naturally slows down over time—otherwise, I’d be the Hulk by now!
